Meissen, 16.5.2025
We once again gathered in a large group – this time at our office in Meissen. It is located in a charming old villa on Ratsweinberg an area of Meissen that offers a fantastic view of the Elbe river and Meissen castle.
In this beautiful setting, we embarked on a small journey into the past. Our CEO Thomas, entertainingly recounted the history of our company – from its humble beginnings to the present day. This helped all of us better understand why we are where we are today and where we want to go together.
In this context, we posed two central questions:
“Why are you here [at the company]?”
and
“What is your definition of the next level?”.
The answers were as diverse as our team itself. A lively exchange emerged – or, as we call it: creative friction. Many valuable impulses came out of these discussions that will further unite us as a team and help us reach the next level – both as a company and as individuals. This part of the day was all about “Visionary Vibes”.
After so much intense collaboration, we were ready for the “Vürstchen” part. The grill was fired up and stocked with delicious Thuringian sausages, steaks, and grilled cheese. The side dishes? No boring supermarket salads – but a colorful buffet of homemade treats from our colleagues. (By the way, Micha’s salmon cottage cheese dip was a hit!)
Throughout the evening, many personal conversations took place – especially on “the bench,” an old stone bench in the garden that has surely witnessed many meaningful discussions.
