You love mastering technological challenges and have an inkling for elegant solutions. The following skills make you stand out:
- You have excellent communication skills and know your way around Office software
- Experience with IT, software applications and working with developers
- You can communicate comfortably in German and English, specifically as it relates to tasks and solutions (at least at C1 level)
- You are familiar with Jira or comparable ticketing systems
- Analytical thinking: cracking problems and finding smart solutions are exactly your thing
- You like working independently but play nice in a team as well
