All play and no work? No, of course that’s not all there is to it. After we had cleared our minds we headed back to the office to do some work.
First, we reflected on the past year. Thomas started us off by giving an overview of the numbers, data, and facts related to the company as well as relevant activities in 2024. This was followed by a more detailed look at 2024 at the team level.
We also worked on what went well in the past year and where we can still unlock potential within the individual teams. For example, we dove deeper into topics like the Pareto principle or bottlenecks and how to resolve them. Naturally, there were also plenty of opportunities to chat with colleagues, so interpersonal connections were not neglected during this time. On Friday – Valentine’s Day! – we also had a “feedback shower”, very fittingly, where we simply told each other what we appreciate about them. Kumbaya! :-)
After those 2 days, we went home with new energy, brilliant ideas, and fresh input from our team days.
