That’s me—Lisa Masche, exercise, health, and well-being professional.

At 35 years old, I bring a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to the table: after 12 intense years as a teacher, I know how important genuine connection, empathy, and structure are – not only when working with children, but also when training adults.

For six years, I have been following my passion for health, exercise, and bodywork. As a certified fitness trainer, personal trainer, and mobile massage therapist, I help people feel at home in their bodies again – stronger, more flexible, more relaxed. It’s never about a rigid program, but about individual goals, personal pace, and everyday solutions.

What many people don’t know is that my enthusiasm for sports and healthy living didn’t come naturally to me. On the contrary, for a long time, I had little interest in sports. It was only when I myself struggled with being severely overweight that I began to take a close look at my body, my health, and my lifestyle. My goal was to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way – without pressure, without diets, but with a clear focus.

This personal development gave me a genuine passion and the desire to make what helped me accessible to others – honest, practical, and with an open perspective for every life situation.

Today, I am part of a team that not only excels professionally, but is also human. Here, I find support, inspiration, and the space to fully contribute my strengths, supported by respect, trust, and a shared commitment to quality – exactly what a good job means to me.

Whether it’s strength training, functional coaching, or targeted relaxation – I combine solid expertise with practical experience. I remain curious, continuously develop myself, and regularly pursue further education. I bring everything that is needed: mobility, motivation, and a smile.

Yours,

Lisa
