What was going on in Edwinhausen in Waldkirchen?
In addition to my work for our company, I also enjoy getting involved in my hometown. As a long-time supporter of children’s and charity events, it was a heartfelt matter for hubFactory nextLevel GmbH and my colleague Thomas (CEO, editor’s note) to support this year’s Easter celebration of the village association in Waldkirchen in Vogtland and the Pusteblume kindergarden.
Thanks to this donation, it became a festival full of laughter, movement, creativity – and above all, full of shining children’s eyes.
Right from the start of the Easter egg hunt, it was clear: This is not just about play and fun, but also about community and loving creativity. With great effort, the children were able to playfully assemble their very own Easter bunny.
However, to reach the goal, several tricky tasks had to be solved – from threading pencils to balloon transport to shooting at a goal wall.
Personally, I really enjoyed seeing the enthusiasm with which the children tackled all the challenges. And each achieved goal was rewarded with another small nest element: from bunny tails to eyes and ears to Easter grass – in the end, a lovingly crafted Easter nest in the shape of a bunny was created. Simply creative, meaningful, beautiful.
The volleyball tournament on the newly designed pitch offered sporting challenges and plenty of team spirit – a real highlight for youngsters aged 10 and over.
And, of course, there was also plenty of food and drink: The cake counter was a feast for the eyes and the perfect place to enjoy, relax and get together.
My Conclusion:
My company supports such events with full conviction. As people with a heart for children, it is important for all of us in the company to promote spaces for development, creativity, and community.
That is exactly what was achieved here – thanks to countless helping hands, sponsors, loving planning, and an impressive community spirit.
A big, personal thank you to the entire organizing team, the “Kindergarten Pusteblume”, all the volunteers – and of course to the many children who brought this celebration to life.
I personally look forward to the next time – because children need not only protection but also unforgettable experiences.
