Hello, I am Lisa, 34 years old, a mother of two, and wholeheartedly an IT project manager. The project world has been my passion for several years – it’s structured, goal-oriented, but never without a pinch of creativity and spontaneity.
What excites me the most: the diversity! That’s exactly why, in addition to my main job, I also pursue a second passion – coffee roasting. I sustainably produce specialty coffee for people who appreciate conscious enjoyment in my small roasting facility “Zur glücklichen Bohne” (“Happy Bean”). The world of coffee is fascinating – starting with cultivation through fair trade routes to the perfect roasting curve – and I love immersing myself in new topics.
Sustainability plays an important role in my life – both in coffee and in everyday life. I believe that small steps can make a big difference – whether through resource management or mindful interactions.
Naturally, life with two daughters aged 12 and 2 can sometimes be quite hectic. However, that’s exactly what makes it special to me: each day is different which I love since I’m a spontaneous person with lots of ideas.
A big part of our family life are our van trips – just driving, being outdoors, discovering the world. Our favorite destination: Norway. The people, nature, the light, the tranquility – we highly recommend it.
Most importantly, I am happily married. Without my husband, who always supports me and shares my dreams, none of this would be possible.
The combination of IT, entrepreneurship, family, van, and beans may not be entirely ordinary – but it is 100% me.
