Meissen, 16.5.2025
Once again, all of us got together – this time in our office in Meissen. The office is located in a stylish old villa on the Ratsweinberg in Meissen, with a backyard that offers a fantastic view of the Elbe river and the Meissen castle.
In this beautiful setting, we started by traveling to the past. Our CEO, Thomas, entertainingly recounted the company’s history up to the present day. This was very important in order to understand why we are where we are today but also where or what we want to be in the future. In this context, we posed two very important questions: “Why are you here [at the company]?” and “What is your definition of the next level?”. There was a wide range of answers which resulted in a lively exchange (or: “creative friction” as we like to call it). As a result we wrote down so many valuable ideas that will help us grow together as a team and reach the next level as a company, and as individuals. This was the “Visionary Vibes” part of the day.
After such intense collaboration, we were all ready for the “Sausages” part. We heated up the grill and cooked Thuringian sausages, steaks, and grilled cheese. The side dishes were not some lame supermarket salads, but a delicious buffet of creations homemade by everyone (Micha’s salmon-cottage cheese dip was everyone’s favorite!).
Throughout the evening, many individual conversations took place on “the bench” – an old stone bench in the backyard that surely has been witness to many significant conversations during the past decades!
